Since the fair bucket contains a lot of redundancy and the unfair bucket doesn't, it tends to be a battle between consistency and power level

The sheer number of situations where you can benefit from having this simply sit on the battlefield is impressive, and there will be no shortage of decks where it will call home based on that fact alone

Personally, I quite like it, and I think its a clean way to codify modal spells/additional costs onto a card, although I feel like the keywords flavor might tie it to the set a little bit too much, which could end up being a shame
